There are porta-potties, water stations, and first-aid available along the entire route, every 1.5 - 2 miles.
The National Shrine of Our Lady of Champion DOES allow limited parking overnight in designated areas on Friday and Saturday of the Walk to Mary weekend. You must contact the Shrine Staff at 920-866-2571 ext. 109 to get approval.

Starting mid afternoon pilgrims are transported by bus back to the various parking locations along our route - Humana parking area and the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay parking locations.

Adele Brice never swayed from her mission to teach the children the Catholic faith, no matter the hardship. She carried the messages of salvation, healing and grace on the back of her perseverance. This awe-inspiring determination continues to captivate the faithful, guiding them to the National Shrine of Our Lady of Champion on their spiritual journeys. It is the Walk to Mary’s intention to continue the mission she started. Using the school kits provided as a starting point, Catholic schools are using the Walk to Mary as a fundraising opportunity, like Adele, supporting Catholic education. In addition to that, it is the intention of the Walk to Mary that any excess funds (after all expenses to support the pilgrimage are paid for) will be used to assist in teaching our children the faith.
